Final cleaning fee and resort tax
The final cleaning fee is € 70.00 for each apartment, for the smaller Studio Abendsonne € 35.00, which will be charged once. The resort tax is now € 1.50 per person, per night (starting at the age of 15 years) and is also seperately charged.
Minimum length of stay
Normally 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday). Different lengths of stay and days of arrival may be requested.

Check-In
Apartments can be entered from 4pm. If you arrive later than 7pm, please let us know beforehand.
Check-Out
Please vacate your apartment by 10am on departure day.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation policy Haus Schwarzenberg
1. Cancellation is free for both parties until three months prior to arrival.
2. For cancellations up to one month prior to arrival we charge 50% of the full some.
3. For cancellations up to to one week prior to arrival we charge 75% of the full some.
4. For cancellations made less then a week prior to arrival and in cases of a no show we charge 100%.
5. End-of-stay cleaning fee and resort tax are not allowed for in the cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made in writing (letter, fax or email).
